Today Bible verse is - Philippians 4:6-7

Devotion for September 25, 2024

Dear friends, today we're looking at a powerful promise from God's Word. The Bible tells us not to worry about anything. But let's be honest - we all worry sometimes, don't we? We worry about our families, our jobs, our health. But God says, "Stop worrying!"

Now, God doesn't just tell us to stop worrying without giving us a solution. He says, "Bring everything to me in prayer." When you pray, don't just ask for things. Thank God for what He's already done. Thank Him for His love, His mercy, His grace.

When you do this, something amazing happens. God's peace comes into your heart. This peace is not like anything the world can give. It's a peace that doesn't make sense to the human mind. It's a peace that stands guard over your heart and mind.

You see, when you pray instead of worry, you're telling God, "I trust You." And God loves it when we trust Him. He responds by filling us with His peace.

So today, whatever is making you anxious, don't hold onto it. Give it to God in prayer. Thank Him for His goodness. And then watch as His peace floods your soul. This is the way to live a life of victory!

Prayer for September 25, 2024

Heavenly Father, we come to You today with all our worries and cares. Lord, You see the burdens we carry. You know the anxieties that keep us awake at night. Right now, we choose to give them all to You.

We thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love. We thank You for Your faithfulness that never ends. We thank You that You care about every detail of our lives.

Father, we ask for Your supernatural peace to fill our hearts and minds. Let Your peace guard us against worry and fear. Help us to trust You more, to rely on Your strength, not our own.

Lord, we believe that You are working all things for our good. Even when we don't understand, help us to keep our eyes fixed on You. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen!
